Our Digital Workflow

From Scan to Restoration: A Seamless, Digital-First Process

At Kingdent, we’ve embraced a fully digital workflow that ensures speed, accuracy, and consistency from the moment your scan is submitted to the final delivery of your restoration. Here’s how we do it: 

1.

Receive Your STL File

We accept digital impressions from all major intraoral scanners. Upload your STL files quickly and securely via our online portal, with instant confirmation of receipt.

2.

Digital Design (CAD)

Once received, your case is imported into our CAD software, where it is digitally designed with precision to match the clinical prescription and anatomical needs. Dara has completed Exocad Advanced training.

3.

Milling & 3D Printing (CAM)

Restorations are fabricated using state-of-the-art 4 and 5 axis ,dry and wet milling machines and 3D printers, ensuring high accuracy, clean margins, and reliable results every time.

4.

Final Finishing & Quality Check

Each case undergoes undergoes Pre Sintering staining, ceramic or surface stain layering according to the patients specific shade requirements. A full quality control inspection is mandatory before being packaged and dispatched.
